Cogentia needs to process data in order to enter into a contract, for record keeping, and then to fulfil the requirements of that contract, with you.

In addition, Cogentia has a legitimate interest in processing personal data to maintain ongoing business relationships.

Cogentia will process information about whether or not individuals are disabled ONLY to make reasonable adjustments for those individuals to carry out their roles. This is to carry out our obligations and exercise specific rights in relation to disability access.

Your data will be stored in a range of different locations, including in our CRM, in Cogentia’s Client, Legal and Finance management systems and in other IT systems (including Cogentia’s email system).
